Foam Arsed Traffic Light Cormarant

Cormorant trout flies are a competition anglers favourite. This rather sparcely tied fly is often used as a buzzer fly alternative. The cormorant is used to great effect on floating lines, with a slow figure of eight retrieve. Rainbow trout seem to favour the cormorant trout fly, however do not rule out the brown trout when feeding into the evening on buzzers. The slim profile of cormorant flies make them one of the regularly used trout lures amongst todays anglers. Look out for the many variations of the cormorant fly, from holographic bodies to buzzer quill bodies this fly is a must in every box.

The foam arsed blobs have proven to be prolific fish catchers in there short time on the scene. F.A.F. has gone one step further with this idea and introduced it to mini lures.
