Foam Arsed sparkler

Yet another superb idea- when any normal sparkler sinks as the trout returns to mop up its quarry, this foam arsed version will be sitting patiently waiting to be swallowed. A midge tip line will keep it just under the surface, just where the trout wants it, or inched back on a sinking line, this fly will be like a sitting duck to the predatory instinct of a trout.
