Our nylon choice is an important part of our fishing. We need a reliable, strong line to hold at knots when hit by the force of a trout, and to hold tight once more, when playing the fish. I have tried & tested this monofilament myself for almost 2 seasons, and in my professional opinion, holds itself up very well. Sourced from an industry known supplier, you can be confident in this product. Not having being snapped with it once, I have every confidence in it myself. I use a 3 turn water know for my dropper knots, and when tying on a fly. I have used it for buzzer fishing (8 & 10lb) and when pulling flies, fishing sinking lines, I use both the 10lb and 12lb choices. I have had numerous double hook ups, and several Rutland fish over 7lb using this line. It certainly gets my vote.
