The squirmy worm flies are deadly when fished under an indicator, especially. They can also be fished, best as a single fly on an floating line, and with a twitched retrieve, whichit gives great movement - just like a worm !
Excellent winter month flies, but can also be fished all year. Known to work very well on smaller water, however I know the squirmies work exceptionally well on The Lake Of Menteith & Clywedog - waters where we know they like the indicator style of fishing !
