Worm Fly White CODE BGW (s10)
Worm flies are becoming increasingly popular over the colder months. These flies can be fished effectively both under an indicator, or floating or sinking lines, on a short "jerky" retrieve. The bouncing legs make these flies irresistible at times. I know this works well at Clywedog under an indicator, and a fast glass line. When fishing under an indicator, do wait for your indicator to fully go under before striking, as often the fish will pluck at the legs first, before fully engulfing - this can add to the excitement of fishing these worm flies.
