Hybrid Shrimp Partridge CODE HBS7 (s14)
The shrimp has now become a very important food source for the trout in Anglian Waters. This pattern created by Flash Attack flies, was used to devastating effect to catch these marginal feeding fish. Suspended to hold up in shallow water, this fly took 10's of fish. As you see the fish moving along the shore line, just cast this in its path! The soft hackled partridge feathers, wave in the water, drawing the passing trout in. Takes were often very slow and deliberate, giving you that extra second to think "strike" ! When wet this fly looks fantastic, just like a live shrimp. Tied on our very own "Lake Master" barbless hooks.
