Hares Ear Shrimp Hybrid Popper CODE M105 (s10,12,14)

The Midlands Reservoirs are now home to plentiful shrimp. This hares ear has been 'scruffed' up to look very similar indeed to the shrimps, when wet ! It darkens in colour & the loose fibres combe back over the body, making it look like a moving shrimp. Its deadly. This foam head fly, is perfect for the shallows, which is where the shrimp feeders can very often be found. Often best fished as a single fly, or with a short leader and a size 14 hybrid shrimp fly on a dropper ! Cast it into a fishes path, and leave it still on the surface !
