The white humungous is a great fish catcher, especially from September onwards, when the large trout in the bigger waters go on the feed. It represents a small fish, and the big fish love it ! Best fished on a fast glass, right down to a di-7. Try fishing a white humungous on a dropper and a black humungous on the point, 10' apart. The deliberate 2.5" tail gives the fly superb pulsating movement. We have our tails tied deliberately longer than most shop bought ones, as this gives the fly superb movement, and firmly believe it improves the catch rate, on these particular flies.
