The snake fly is a consistent fish catcher. The snake is best fished on sinking lines, with the favoured one being a di-3 line. Figure of 8 or fast retrieve all work. Can be a very lethal fly on its day. When all else fails, a snake fly will often catch fish, that seemed impossible to entice !
