The Pearler CODE BD40 (s12)

This traffic light bodied dead fry popper is one for the fry feeders, or even snail & shrimp feeders. Tried & tested on Rutland's South Arm, this fly has nailed some of the wiliest of trout. Best fished as a single fly, and near any area here there is fry. Best left static, and if a trout moves nearby, i've found a fast 2' yank across the surface, then leave alone, has worked a treat as fish have come to investigate, only to sip it in !! Its 2 piece pearl tail waves in the waters current, giving the fly a look of a wounded fry in the surface.
